The 2013 EHRC Conference and Inaugural Awards Gala

Empowering the Future Today

Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) proudly invites you to join its 2013 Conference and Inaugural Awards Gala at the Intercontinental Hotel in Toronto on November 6-7, 2013.

This year’s theme is Empowering the Future Today.

The Conference will bring business leaders and human resource professionals together for a two-day event filled with valuable Human Resource strategies for your organization.

The aim of the event is to connect, convene and inspire the industry with valuable strategies, research, tools and cutting-edge best practices.

There will be sessions to help your organization address the workforce challenges facing the sector today that will include such topics as knowledge transfer and diversifying your workforce.

New this year will be the Inaugural Awards Gala on Wednesday November 6th at the Intercontinental Hotel. The Gala is a celebration that will provide national recognition for the achievements of individual and companies working in the electricity and renewables sector in Canada, celebrating innovation in workforce development.

EHRC will also present the preliminary findings of the Renewing Futures labour market study that will provide the labour market intelligence the renewable electricity industry needs to proactively develop its human resources strategies.

As a re-branded organization, EHRC is determined to ensure that workforce development remains top of mind for the industry, Governments and educators.  Your participation will offer you, and your organization, a first-hand opportunity to collaborate with peers and business leaders and be inspired by a wide array of subject matter experts.  As series of break-out sessions will provide opportunities for attendees to actively engage with their peers and speakers.

Save it in your calendar – NOVEMBER 6-7, 2013, in Toronto, and look for registration, speakers, event announcements, and sponsorship opportunities via our Twitter hashtag #ElectricityHR13.
